Unified Dashboards provides the primary visualization layer of Epiphany, enabling organizations to explore, analyze, and consume the operational intelligence generated throughout the analytical platform. Rather than presenting isolated monitoring information, dashboards expose contextualized operational knowledge derived from normalized telemetry, analytical processing, correlation, and decision support, allowing technical, operational, and business stakeholders to evaluate service behavior through a common analytical perspective.

Operational environments continuously generate information from multiple technological and business domains that, when viewed independently, provide only a partial understanding of service health. Epiphany consolidates these heterogeneous data sources into a unified analytical model, allowing dashboards to present a comprehensive representation of operational conditions rather than disconnected metrics, alerts, or events. Infrastructure telemetry, application observability, digital experience monitoring, cloud services, operational events, business indicators, and other analytical domains participate in the same visualization framework, enabling users to investigate complex operational scenarios without navigating multiple monitoring platforms independently.
