Last updated: June 2026

SOPRIS TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. ("SOPRIS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our clients, website visitors, partners, and prospects. This Global Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information across all our digital touchpoints, including our corporate website, cloud marketplaces, social media channels, and our proprietary platform, Moneytoring®.

By interacting with our website, engaging with our social media profiles, utilizing cloud marketplaces to contact us, or subscribing to our services, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

  1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information through various channels, classified into two main categories: Personal/Professional Data and Technical Telemetry.

      A. Information You Provide to Us Voluntarily

We collect professional contact details when you interact with us across our commercial channels:

  • Corporate Website: Information submitted through contact forms, demo requests, newsletter subscriptions, or gated content (e.g., name, corporate email, phone number, job title, company name, and specific technical challenges).
  • Cloud Marketplaces: Professional lead profile data automatically shared with us when you request a quote, initiate a contact request, or accept a Private Offer.
  • Social Media & Professional Networks: Information you share when interacting with our official profiles, participating in surveys, or engaging with our digital advertisements.B. Technical Telemetry (Moneytoring® Platform Data)

For clients utilizing our Moneytoring® solution, the platform is engineered exclusively for technical and operational observability.

  • No PII Collected: The Service does not capture, process, or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive personal data belonging to your end-users or customers.
  • Scope of Data: We only collect non-personal technical performance metrics, infrastructure health logs, network metrics (WAN/LAN/WiFi), application distributed traces, and Points of Sale (POS) response tracking to ensure business continuity.

         C. Automated Website Data (Cookies & Analytics)

When you browse our corporate website, we may automatically collect basic device and browser infrastructure data (IP addresses, operating systems, and page interaction history) through cookies and analytics tools to optimize website performance and user experience.

  1. How We Use Your Information

SOPRIS utilizes the collected data for legitimate business operations and contractual purposes:

  • To Respond to Inquiries: Processing requests for product demonstrations, answering sales questions, and managing tailored commercial offers across all marketplaces.
  • To Deliver Support Services: Facilitating our 24/7 Managed Support model, tracking incidents, and maintaining continuous communication via our Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
  • Marketing & Communications: Sending technical whitepapers, product updates, corporate newsletters, or relevant promotional materials (you may opt-out at any time).
  • To Optimize the Service: Analyzing technical system logs to improve the stability and performance of the Moneytoring® suite.
  1. Data Storage, Security, and Hosting

SOPRIS prioritizes data security. All corporate information, business leads, and active technical data processed by our solutions are securely stored and hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located entirely within the United States. We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

  1. Third-Party Disclosures & Sub-processors

SOPRIS does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal or business data to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information with trusted third-party applications and sub-processors critical to executing our core operations:

  • Atlassian Jira: Our centralized Service Desk tool. When clients open technical tickets or support inquiries, relevant business contact data (name, corporate email) and incident descriptions are processed through Jira to manage and resolve the cases.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting and data processing providers (such as Google Cloud) who comply with strict enterprise security and data privacy baselines.
  1. Data Retention & Access Policy

We retain information only for as long as required to fulfill the operational purposes detailed in this policy, support client agreements, or comply with legal obligations:

  • Commercial Leads & Marketing Data: Retained for the duration of our commercial relationship or until a deletion request is formally submitted.
  • Moneytoring® Historical Backups & Logs: Technical performance logs and telemetry data are retained within the platform for up to one (1) year. Client access to this historical data is strictly determined by the specific retention windows defined in their active service contract:
  • Standard Access: Clients have real-time visibility and access to historical data only for the baseline duration included in their standard service tier.
  • Extended Access: Clients may optionally purchase an Extended Data Retention add-on to maintain continuous, direct platform access to their historical data for up to the full one-year period.
  • Archived Data: Any historical telemetry that extends beyond a client's contracted access window—but falls within the one-year maximum lifecycle—is securely archived and encrypted for system and operational integrity. During this period, this data remains inaccessible to the client's active operations until it is permanently and safely purged at the end of the one-year retention cycle.
