What does a day look like working with SOPRIS?

• Monitor IT events, notify alarms/incidents, and oversee applications, network flows, and monitors to ensure system reliability.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide support and training on incidents to boost IT performance.
• Assist in change implementation and releases while promoting IT best practices.
• Engage in bilingual (Spanish/English) client interactions and participate in anomaly detection and troubleshooting.
• Generate dashboards and reports for insights and decision-making support.

• Have received Cloud Platform Certifications (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Have Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
